This position acts as the first line of contact (inbound and outbound through telephone, text, e-mail, chat, and video) to answer questions and address concerns for customers utilizing and individuals tested with the rapid response lateral flow antigen assay test kit.  Our Licensed Care Specialists provide timely, caring, and professional communication to those within the internal and external care team.

General Requirements

  • Strong written, verbal, and Telemanagement communication
  • Patience and a general ability to work with people who may be in crisis or struggling with a difficult and stressful health condition or life event.
  • Familiarity with navigating general computer software (office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and so on) and the ability to adapt and learn new tools and software platforms.
  • Previous contact center, telecommunications, or telehealth experience is extremely desirable, but not required.
  • Maintain excellent quality and productivity standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guideline
  • Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases.
  • Completely and accurately document Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints as per client and federal guideline
  • Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers ability to understand medical terminology, as needed.
  • Display flexibility within department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Possess effective organizational skills, including working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Education Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/RN/BSN) with a valid unencumbered Pennsylvania nursing license required.
  • Licensure for other states may be required (in which case, we will assist).
